xmlutils.py can be used to convert a XML file to other formats like JSON, SQL and CSV.

xmlutils.py works serially, reading the the XML line by line and recreating its structure into the new file.

This recommends xmlutils.py for larger XML files that other converts can't handle.

Unfortunately, except the JSON output format, CSV and SQL outputs can't handle complicated file structures and the developers can use xmlutils.py only with flat-structured XMLs.
